Super Mum Parenting Programme
Inward Parenting is delivering the Super Mum Parenting Programme, a supportive and empowering programme designed to help mums take time to recharge, refocus, and build confidence.
The programme offers practical life skills alongside personal development support, covering financial literacy, career development, parenting and attachment styles, confidence building, and wellbeing. Participants will also benefit from a dedicated self‑care session and the opportunity to connect with other mums in a supportive environment.
Dates & Times:
