Entry Requirements
All applicants will complete an initial Maths and English assessment at our BMet Matthew Boulton campus. Learners should be working at Level 1 in both subjects. If you’re not quite there yet, we’ll guide you towards alternative courses that better suit your needs.

Digital Skills

Duration: 3 days per week (Mon–Wed), 9 weeks (8:30am–3:30pm)

Hospitality Skills
Gain entry-level skills in the fast-growing hospitality sector. Learn teamwork, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and get support with your job search.

Assessment: 13 April 2026, 10am – Matthew Boulton College
Start Date: 22 April 2026
Duration: 2 days per week, 3 weeks (9:30am–2:30pm)

Level 2 Certificate – Plaster Skimming
Train in a purpose-built facility and learn to strip, reboard and skim walls and ceilings. Includes Health & Safety, building basics, and guidance on starting your own business — taught by experienced industry professionals.

Develop hands-on skills in planting, ground preparation, pruning, turf care, mowing, and basic landscaping.

Duration: 3 days per week (Mon, Tue, Thu), 6 weeks (9am–4pm)

Qualification: L1 Practical Horticulture Skills Certificate
