PACT aims to establish a unified approach to civic engagement, where schools across the Trust collaborate with local communities, businesses, and civic organisations. This fosters stronger, trust-wide partnerships that address local challenges such as unemployment, social inequality, and environmental issues, ultimately benefiting the wider community.

PACT will embed civic responsibility into the curriculum, prioritising student involvement in meaningful civic projects. This outcome focuses on equipping students with the skills, awareness, and motivation to actively participate in local initiatives—whether through volunteering, social enterprise, or public service—preparing them to become responsible citizens who positively impact society.

PACT seeks to deliver measurable improvements in the social and economic conditions of the communities it serves. Through initiatives like skill-building programmes, environmental sustainability projects, and efforts to reduce local inequality, the Trust will play a key role in enhancing employability, economic growth, and social cohesion in the regions where its schools are located.

PACT will prioritise the use of collaborative, data-driven approaches to identify challenges and drive school improvement efforts. By pooling data, insights, and resources across schools, the Trust can more effectively address key areas for development, such as student progress, teacher performance, and resource allocation, leading to targeted, evidence-based interventions.
