PACT will prioritise equipping students with the skills needed for success in an evolving global workforce. This includes integrating digital literacy, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving into the curriculum, alongside emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, coding, and sustainability practices. Students will graduate with the competencies required for jobs of the future and active participation in a technology-driven, ethical society.

PACT will focus on creating modern, flexible, and eco-friendly learning spaces that reflect the needs of future generations. This includes investing in green technologies, promoting energy efficiency, and fostering an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and adaptability, preparing students for the world they will inherit and shape.

PACT will build strategic partnerships with industry leaders, higher education institutions, and technology providers to give students real-world exposure to future-focused careers. These collaborations will offer internships, apprenticeships, and project-based learning opportunities that align with current and emerging job markets, ensuring students are well-prepared for post-education pathways.

PACT will focus on creating a strong pipeline of leadership and professional development opportunities. Through collaboration, schools within the Trust will share leadership training, mentoring, and professional learning communities to enhance the skills of school leaders, teachers, and support staff, ensuring sustainable improvement across the Trust.
