We are very proud to share it with you and hope it gives you an insight into what we are all about at Heathfield. We have just under five hundred children on roll and we take the responsibility of preparing them for the next stage of their education extremely seriously. It is a privilege leading the team here and working with the children, staff and families in our community.
Our school is a welcoming and bright place where the children are enthusiastic and engaged in their learning. They are motivated to succeed and the staff work hard to make sure that happens. The children are at the heart of every decision we make and we do our utmost to ensure that they are happy and confident and that the opportunities that are provided for them are relevant to their needs both now and in the future.
At Heathfield, we believe that the children should be curious and passionate about their learning. Through our engaging curriculum, we ensure that our children develop high aspirations and have memorable experiences. We strongly believe in ensuring that they receive a well-rounded curriculum where individual talents can be spotted and nurtured.
We have a dedicated team that works hard to reach high standards in everything we do and this is further embedded through our relationships with you, the local community and the other schools in the Prince Albert Community Trust. We firmly believe that education is a partnership between home and school and we value your input, interest and support.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Highfield School via our school website. It is a privilege to lead a team of talented and hardworking staff who support our 720 children every day.
I hope your questions are answered in the information you find on our website, be that as a current parent; as a parent with a child who is about to embark upon their learning journey with us; as someone who is keen to join our team or as a potential visitor to our school.
Highfield is a caring, inclusive and friendly school that is committed to raising aspirations for our children. The children are at the heart of everything we do – the decisions that we make are always in the best interests of the children who come here. At Highfield we have developed – ‘The Highfield Promise’. We want all our children to feel happy, inspired and cared for, so that they are able to fulfil their individual potential. We are keen to develop a love of learning and ignite a passion in areas that children can pursue in school and in later life. We want all children to become confident and independent learners. We are a diverse community and are passionate about valuing and celebrating the different cultures, faiths and backgrounds of everyone here.
All staff at Highfield are fully committed to providing high quality teaching and learning. We pride ourselves on our engaging learning techniques and strive to make all our lessons exciting, interesting and purposeful. We are passionate about recognising the individual talents of all the children in our care. We aim to provide opportunities that enable all children to reach their full potential.
We believe that children should be encouraged to develop positive values towards themselves, each other, and the wider community of which they are part. Our school has 6 values: Respect, Equality, Inspiration, Determination, Honesty and Friendship. They were chosen by our school community and we strongly believe that these values will lead our children to be successful in whatever they do – in school and in the years ahead.
Not only do we strive to support, nurture and develop our children, but we ensure that the same happens for staff. We have a proven track record of developing staff at all levels: we have the Early Career Development Quality Mark in recognition of the work that we do with our ECTs and many of our leaders in our school have completed or are completing NPQs. (National Professional Qualifications)
We are exceptionally proud to serve our local community and pride ourselves on the home-school relationships we create. We acknowledge the importance of our families to the successes of our children. We therefore warmly welcome our parents to attend our many varied school experiences, from celebrating successes to participating in parent workshops. We are always happy to hear your thoughts, questions and feedback, so feel free to contact us via the school website or by coming in to see us.

I am delighted to extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to each of you as the Head of School at Prince Albert Primary. It is both an honour and a privilege to lead this remarkable school community, and I want to extend my warmest greetings to each of you.

I have had the privilege of serving the community of Prince Albert Primary School for 18 years. My long-standing commitment to this school and the community reflects my unwavering belief in the potential of our students and the importance I place on a strong educational foundation for all.

Welcome to Sutton Park Primary School. Our school serves over 300 pupils, from nursery to year 6, providing them with a high quality education, a nurturing environment and all of the skills and knowledge they need to become ambitious, responsible members of the community. Sutton Park is a special place to work and learn; it is a safe, caring, ambitious and wonderful place to be!
Sutton Park is a proud member of the Prince Albert Community Trust. We work in partnership with the other schools in our Trust to provide exciting opportunities for our children to work together, from competitive sporting events to shared residentials. We support all of our children in striving to do their very best, each and every day. Education is a joint venture; it is imperative that every child feels a sense of belonging and success during their time at Sutton Park.
Alongside developing their academic skills, we also encourage our children to always uphold our school values – Achieve, Inspire, Believe. Our pupils are well-versed in what these values mean and apply them daily. Our values, chosen by staff at the start of Sutton Park’s journey, underpin everything we do; we want our pupils to thrive, to develop a love of learning and to know that they can achieve anything if they put their mind to it.
Undertaking the Head of School role is a privilege; I am heavily invested in Sutton Park and am ambitious in my hopes and dreams for the school’s ongoing success. I am passionate about education. At PACT we are driven by the idea of it being good enough for our own children, a concept I fully support.
I thoroughly look forwards to working in partnership with parents and carers to make our children’s education the best it can be.
