Free Parent & Baby Care Packages
Families with babies and toddlers aged 0–24 months can access free essential care packages to support early needs.
Available for collection, each package may include items such as nappies, wipes, baby clothes, food, and toiletries for parents. This support is aimed at families who may need a little extra help during the early stages of parenting.

Mobilising Compassion Workshops – Level 1 & Level 2
We are pleased to share two upcoming Mobilising Compassion (CMT) workshops, designed to support professionals and community members in developing compassionate practice when working with families and communities.
Parents and carers in Birmingham are invited to join our free 6-week online course designed to help you better understand and support children and young people with ADHD.
Delivered by adults with lived experience of ADHD, the course provides practical guidance in a supportive and welcoming environment. Sessions explore strategies to support behaviour, development, and wellbeing.
- Monday mornings: 10:00am – 11:30am (starting 8 June)
- Wednesday evenings: 7:00pm – 8:30pm (starting 10 June)
Flexible online access allows you to join from home, with both daytime and evening options available.

Grow Family Services, in partnership with Sutton Coldfield Charitable Trust, is hosting an online Makaton taster session designed to promote inclusive communication and support families and professionals.
The session will introduce Makaton, a language programme that uses signs, symbols, and speech to help people develop essential communication skills. Participants will gain a basic understanding of how Makaton is used and learn a selection of everyday signs and symbols.
